If proceeding straight to Higgins Hut, do not cross the bridge
at Licola, but follow Mt Tamboritha Road for approximately 36 kms
until information signs and cattleyards on left (There are four
red and white road signs about Climate Conditions, Road, Weather,
etc. within 400 metres of each other, 2 are before Stockyards and
2 are after it) then follow the main road for 2 kms until you see
Higgins Hut sign on your left. The hut is 1 km from the main road.
